Delaware Route 9 Project
The Environmental Collaboratory is working with the Delaware Route 9 Corridor of New Castle and Claymont in partnership with the and theto build the capacity for developing and evaluating data, building evidence, and reporting results. The tools and trainings developed for this process will then be made available for use by organizations over a wider scale.
This community is burdened by the historic impact of heavy industrial development and misplaced infrastructure. This builds on work that TEC and Drexel鈥檚 Academy of Natural Sciences has begun to document and map the environmental, health, socio-economic and climate vulnerability conditions of the community. measures environmental justice in Delaware using publicly available data.
