Affiliated Housing

For Second-Year Students and Beyond

Returning students (second-year and following) are encouraged to consider the flexibility and independent living that Drexel-Affiliated Housing options offer.

What Is Affiliated Housing?

Affiliated housing refers to housing facilities that serve Ð԰ɵ¼º½ students and were developed under a direct agreement between Drexel and a third-party owner or manager. Unlike living in on-campus residence halls, you contract directly with affiliated housing by signing a lease. Additionally, your rental rate varies both by unit and the number of roommates living on the property, and this is considered "off-campus" housing on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

What Are My Options?

Drexel partners with one of the nation's largest developers of student housing communities — . ACC owns, manages, and operates Chestnut Square, The Summit, and University Crossings for Drexel students. Please note that Ð԰ɵ¼º½ does not endorse any one property over another.
