Dismissal From the Co-op Program

In addition to being blocked from utilizing the Steinbright Career Development Center's resources, including its SCDCOnline job search system, students may be dismissed from Ð԰ɵ¼º½'s cooperative education program for the following reasons, which are not exclusive, but at the discretion of the Executive Director.

  • Two-time failure of COOP 101
  • Two-time co-op termination
  • Egregiously unacceptable interactions with co-op employers, including during the recruitment/interview process and co-op employment.

Students who have been dismissed from the university's cooperative education program may be required to change majors or co-op concentrations if co-op requirements cannot and will not be fulfilled to satisfy their current program enrollment.
