The six-month Design Phase of Drexel's Academic Transformation concludes on July 3, setting the stage for full implementation. While the finish line of this first phase is in sight, several critical steps remain, and we encourage you to stay engaged with this important initiative.

I am thrilled to announce that we will soon launch the search for the founding dean of the academic unit that will unite the College of Computing & Informatics, College of Engineering and School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems. This is more than a leadership search 鈥� it's the next step in building something truly new and impactful.

As shared at the Academic Transformation Update last week, we鈥檒l be hosting informal, in-person "office hours鈥� to connect directly with the co-chairs leading each workstream. This is not a presentation, just a conversation. We hope these smaller settings will make it easier to ask questions, offer feedback, and stay engaged with the work that鈥檚 helping to shape Drexel鈥檚 future.

Yesterday marked a significant milestone in Drexel鈥檚 future, as Faculty Senate representatives held the final vote to support integrating schools and colleges as part of the Academic Transformation. Specifically, the Senate voted on integrating the School of Education within the College of Arts and Sciences, and unifying the College of Engineering, the College of Computing & Informatics, and the School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems into a single college with three schools. These endorsements reflect the open dialogue and shared leadership of our deans, faculty, and professional staff 鈥� and our collective commitment to strengthening Drexel.

Speakers at the University-wide ceremony shared advice, reflections and life lessons to prepare the Class of 2025 for the next chapter of their lives.

The Philadelphia Challenge is a 性吧导航 library exhibit initiative based on the work of students exploring happiness and Philadelphia through a Psychology 101 鈥淕eneral Psychology鈥� class.

性吧导航 is launching an undergraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML), joining a small but growing number of universities creating dedicated AI majors for undergraduates.
