For over 100 years, Drexel's renowned cooperative education (co-op) program has connected employers to the next generation of workforce leaders. Drexel Co-op offers employers a host of advantages, including an unlimited resource of motivated and skilled future professionals, six-month employment cycles that provide flexible scheduling options, and the opportunity to tap into the Greater Philadelphia region's most qualified job candidates before they join the workforce. Our partners, though, quickly find the benefits afforded by this relationship can extend even beyond those provided by co-op, as Drexel offers a wide array of ways to connect with students and University community members to effectively raise brand awareness, including our three annual career fairs, guest panel discussions, on-campus information sessions, event sponsorship opportunities, and more.

The University continues to develop new and innovative methods to meet the needs of employers while simultaneously enhancing the quality of learning experiences for students. The Drexel Solutions Institute (DSI) works to meet these goals by bringing together employer partners, University faculty, and multidisciplinary student teams to develop new business solutions that address real-world challenges through innovative research partnerships. In this way, the DSI is able to act as a gateway between industry and the Drexel community, allowing organizations to explore and develop new strategies that solve pressing issues and students to see firsthand how leaders employ problem-solving techniques within the professional world. Organizations of all sizes are invited to participate in the DSI and to take advantage of everything our unique resources have to offer.
